About the Owner

 

Amy Gizinski has helped numerous individuals believe in themselves and take their next steps towards their goals and dreams.  She focuses on aligning strengths and energy to help individuals  shine their light for the world to see.

Amy's own journey was full of zig zags and finding opportunity.  She was a first generation college student who had lots of ideas on what to do for a job, did lots of exploration of career fields, and wanted to go out of state.  Her first college wasn't quite the right fit and she transferred back home.  She considered not finishing college, and choosing to work instead.  And, then reconsidered and transferred to a different school where she found community, leadership and thrived.

Her professional career upon graduation allowed her the opportunity to work in a startup e-commerce environment, where work and life balance was wild and she had to make choices. A move from there to government equated to a culture shock, and wasn't quite the right fit either.  So, another move back to retail where she was responsible for building a retail store prototype, and when that didn't come through she was moved to building out marketing plans and a strategic planning process to bring departments together to improve customer experiences.  From there, she decided she loved strengths, and went out on her own venture of trying to help people.  Landing in a role that she calls "fish for her journey", and others were she was able to make an impact.  She then transitioned into HR services and career consulting working for Fortune 500 employers to help with career transition when layoffs happened.  And, now she serves as an executive leader in family-owned, second generation company, where she gets to take all of her experiences that has accumulated, and applies them to help individuals & teams thrive, business ideas come to life and many times builds where the path is unknown.

  

Her desire to help individuals achieve their goals is unchanged.  We all have hopes & dreams we want to achieve, and a light inside of us that is intended to shine.  So, even when it's scary, take a baby step forward toward your dreams with our tools and resources and see what you can accomplish!
